1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Appoina, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Appoina.
2. Description of service
Appoina is a booking management platform that lets a business manage its services, employees, locations, customers, tasks and appointment bookings, and optionally accept online payments through Stripe or Razorpay.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Team member accounts (admin, manager, staff) are created and managed by the business owner, who is responsible for the access granted to each role.
4. Subscription plans and billing
Appoina offers a Free plan and one or more paid plans, currently billed monthly. When you subscribe through Razorpay, you can choose automatic renewal, which is selected by default: you authorise Razorpay to charge the plan price to the card you provide at the end of every billing period until you cancel, and the payment is collected into Appoina’s account. If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it and your paid plan stays active for 3 more days; if it still fails, your account moves to the Free plan (nothing is deleted). You can untick automatic renewal to pay for a single period only, in which case you need to pay again to keep your paid plan active for the next period. You can stop automatic renewal at any time with Switch to Free on the Plans & billing page and keep your plan until the period you have paid for ends. If you pay by card through Stripe, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Current plan pricing, limits and included features are shown on the Plans & billing page and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period. 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Appoina to store or process unlawful content, to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service, or to attempt to access data belonging to another business.
6. Customer bookings
Each business using Appoina is solely responsible for the services it offers, the accuracy of its own listings, and its own cancellation, refund and privacy commitments to its customers — except where a commitment is made directly by Appoina, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Appoina available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime percentage or a formal service-level agreement (SLA).
8. Limitation of liability
This section is still being finalized. Appoina has not yet published specific limitation-of-liability wording, and this section should not be read as capping or excluding Appoina's liability in any particular way until it does. The business owner intends to add appropriate wording here with legal advice before it is relied on.
9. Termination
A team member (admin, manager or staff) can deactivate their own access at any time from Account settings, which immediately suspends that login. A business owner who wants to close their account, or have their data deleted, can contact us; Appoina does not currently offer automatic self-service account deletion, so this is handled manually. We may also suspend or restrict access to an account that breaches the Acceptable Use section above, or where doing so is necessary to protect the security of the service or other users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Appoina will be subject to the courts of Canada.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date, and for significant changes — such as a billing change — we will also try to notify business owners by email.
