2. Cookies Appoina uses

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in while you use the dashboard, booking pages and other parts of Appoina. Strictly necessary; without it you would need to sign in again on every page.
• CSRF/security cookie — protects forms and actions in Appoina from being triggered by another website. Strictly necessary.

These cookies are set directly by Appoina and are not used for advertising.

3. Third-party cookies

Payments are completed on Stripe's or Razorpay's own secure pages; those providers may set their own cookies while you are on their payment page, governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. Appoina does not control those cookies.

Appoina does not currently use any analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated first and, where required, we will ask for your consent before any new non-essential cookie is set.

4. Managing cookies

Because the cookies above are required for Appoina to function (signing in and basic security), disabling them in your browser will prevent the application from working correctly. You can still control cookies at any time through your browser's own settings.

We may update this Cookie Policy as the application changes. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date.
