What Appoina does

• Online booking: each business gets its own booking page and an embeddable booking widget for its website, so customers can see real availability and book 24/7.
• Calendar and scheduling: services, staff, locations, working hours and blocked time, with rescheduling, cancellations and booking emails to customers.
• Customers and team: customer records, intake and consent forms, coupons, tasks and messages, and role-based access for owners, admins, managers and staff.
• Payments: businesses can accept deposits and full payments for bookings through their own payment gateway account, and handle refunds from the dashboard.
• Reports: a dashboard and reports on bookings, revenue and customers.

How Appoina is paid for

Businesses can start on a free plan and upgrade to a paid subscription plan for more features. Subscription payments are made to Appoina. Payments that customers make for a booking go directly to the business they booked with, through that business's own payment gateway, and not to Appoina. Current plans and prices are shown to business owners under Plans & billing after signing in.
