- How do I pay?
- Paid plans are billed online through our payment gateway. Card, UPI and other payment details are entered in the gateway's own secure checkout window and never reach Appoina directly.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from Plans & billing inside your dashboard at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What happens if I downgrade or my plan ends?
- Your data is kept. Anything above the Free plan's limits (extra services, categories or locations) simply becomes read-only until you upgrade again or bring it back within the limit.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are shown in the currency listed above. Any applicable tax is calculated by the payment gateway at checkout before you pay.
