Shipping & Delivery Policy

Appoina is an online software service (SaaS) for managing bookings, staff and payments. Nothing sold through Appoina is a physical product, so there is no packing, shipping or courier delivery involved at any point.

How access is delivered

• Signing up: a business account is created instantly. A verification email is sent to the address provided; access is confirmed as soon as that email is verified.
• Upgrading a plan: once a subscription payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, the plan is activated automatically. This is normally instant and, in almost all cases, completes within a few minutes.
• Team invitations: when an owner invites a team member, that person receives an email invitation instantly and gets access as soon as they accept it.

No shipping charges

Since nothing is physically shipped, no delivery or shipping fee is ever charged by Appoina, on any plan.

Delayed or missing access

If a payment was completed but a plan does not activate, or a verification or invitation email does not arrive within a reasonable time (check spam/junk folders first), contact us from our Contact Us page and we will resolve it promptly.

Bookings made with a business

This policy covers access to the Appoina software itself. It does not cover appointments, services or products offered by an individual business using Appoina - those are provided directly by that business under its own terms.
